Calor will return as a sponsor of this year’s Dingle Food Festival, which will take place from Friday the 5th to Sunday the 7th of October. Calor sponsored the 2017 food festival, having been introduced to the fantastic event, harnessing the best of the community in Dingle and all of its gastronomic offerings by local Calor rep, John Herlihy. As part of the sponsorship, Calor’s mobile cooking unit will be facilitating demonstrations, where top chefs will be cooking up a storm, sharing their favourite recipes with attendees.
The Dingle Food Festival takes place on the first weekend in October annually, and sees the town comes alive with locals and tourists alike. Highlights of the festival include cookery demonstrations, over 50 market stalls, workshops, street entertainment, children’s events, wine tastings, whiskey tastings and much more.
